Join Chef Karl Schwirian for this unique hands-on cooking class! Chef Karl will teach you the basic steps to making traditional tamales, beginning with a demonstration on simple Masa doughs with different variations. Participants will work in groups of 2 to 4 people, following a chef demo, making all recipes. All tamales will be made to take home, so bring containers! There will be a lunch, including a sampling of tamales for everyone to enjoy along with complimentary beverages. Please note this is a 2.5-hour specialty workshop plus a 30-minute lunch.
