We live in a noisy, busy world. It can be exhausting and discouraging. Jesus invites us to something different that can shape the way we are interacting with the noise. In Mark 6:31-32, we read: “Because so many people were coming and going that they did not even have a chance to eat, Jesus said to his disciples, ‘Come away with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.’ So they went away by themselves in a boat to a solitary place.” Take some time away to follow Jesus in this invitation to rest.
Come for 24 hours or make it a 48 hour retreat. Gentle facilitation at the beginning and end with options for how you might spend this time with the Lord.
