Christopher Njunge is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and Leadership in the Bachelor’s Degree for Professionals Program and the School of Management at California Lutheran University. He has a PhD in Information Systems and Technology from Claremont Graduate University. Njunge has more than ten years of experience in Industry having worked in the Financial Services and Software Industries. He has held various roles as a Business Analyst, Project Manager and as a Manager. His research interests include sports analytics, global development, and organizational behavior and leadership.
Together with colleagues Regina Biddings-Muro, Hari Date and Lisa Higginbotham, Chris Njunge facilitates the Executive Skills for Church Leaders retreat in January, 2023 at Spirit in the Desert.
